Every one of us got here because someone handed us the keys. A mentor, a manager, a friend who said "you should apply." Pass the Keys is a full day of learning and connection about doing the same for the next generation of automotive talent, and growing a stronger Virginia automotive community along the way.
Hosted in partnership with Carter Myers Automotive. Dealership team members at every level, managers, vendors and industry partners are all welcome. Women, men and allies, this conversation needs everyone in the room.
Two keynotes and a panel on mentorship, recruiting and growing talent that stays.
Guided networking pairs seasoned pros with newer faces, so you leave with real relationships.
A great day for new hires, rising team members and anyone you are developing into a leader.
Meet dealers, vendors and partners from across Virginia who want to see this industry thrive.
